Our Approach.

We connect to find the patterns interfering with your goals or well-being. Then we simultaneously heal your mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual levels using established techniques.

Our Sessions.

Our time together is driven by what is most important to you. We’ll discover this together by doing a series of muscle testing, which will uncover your blocks - some you know exist, others you might not.   

We’ll identify what your body and mind tell us we need to work on. Then, we’ll address, reduce or alleviate the blocks. These patterns could be anything from limiting beliefs, sabotage programs, and boundary issues to phobias and traumas to name a few.

The goal is simply, to make you feel better, lighter - reduce your emotional weight. You’ll feel happier, more productive, less fearful, healthier, inspire better physical performance, release old patterns … you name it.

We believe a person operates at four levels: conscious, unconscious, body and soul. This impacts both your emotional and physical well-being.

Conscious

The conscious mind is everything we’re aware of right now - our thoughts, physical sensations, etc. It runs about 5% of our lives. Studies show that your brain processes 40 to 50 conscious thoughts per second.

Body

The body is the tangible, physical aspect of you. It consists of the innate elements of your life, like eating and survival. It is the earthly home that houses your soul. Your physical health can be impacted as well by the other three levels.

Unconscious

The Unconscious mind is like the background program that’s always running - yet we aren’t aware of it (like memories and beliefs). It runs more than 90% of our lives and can largely affect our physical health. Your brain processes 11 million subconscious thoughts per second.

Soul

The soul is your personal mission and contribution to the world around you. If we think of the body as your personal cell phone, then the soul is all the information about you that’s stored in the cloud. It’s invisible and is the essence of who you are.

About Pete.

I have my Masters in Psychology with Concentration in Mental Health and Substance Abuse Counseling from the New School for Social Research in New York City. I am also a certified HBLU practitioner.  

I worked across fields in media and sports for 20 years. Several years ago, I was introduced to the energy psychology, and supporting modalities . Energy psychology and Healing From The Body Level Up have provided the tactics and processes that I felt were lacking from traditional methods I’d worked with in my past. I’ve used these methods to improve my own emotional psyche and physical abilities. 

I moved back to Colorado in 2016 and now live in Steamboat with my wife, daughter, 2 dogs, 3 kittens, and who knows what else. I can be found cleaning up after pets, or outside doing any number of activities but have gravitated toward challenging myself with ultra marathons.
